About Grace
Grace Schonhardt, Nurse Practitioner (NP) has over 30 years of nursing experience working with the diverse population of Hawaii and is committed to helping others improve their lives through education and lifestyle change. In addition to nursing experience, she has conducted numerous research to gain and promote knowledge within the medical community. Get the support of an expert in weight loss.

The Queen's Medical Center Nurse Excellence Award in Research (2012) and The Queen's Medical Center Nurse Excellence Award in Education (2004), nominations for these awards in 2005 and 2006, as well as a nomination for The Queen's Medical Center Advanced Practice Registered Nurse of the Year (2016).

Personal Facts
Grace is married and lives in Honolulu, Hawaii. She has 4 children, 2 grandchildren, and a yellow Labrador. In her free time, Grace enjoys the Hawaiian outdoors and aims to complete at least 10,000 steps on most days. She has completed 5 Honolulu Marathons and the Berlin Marathon. Along with her husband, she mentors aspiring Eagles in the Scouts of America program.
